Winners and Trophies

The Race proceeded as planned, without a hitch, at least for the Race Committee chaired by Court Touwslager. It was, however, disappointing that there were no RNSA contenders, or visitors from the UK. Also, the Royal Canadian Navy ORCA class vessel was not at anchor in English Bay to give naval presence for the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the Race owing to conflicting deployment.
