What's your favourite colour? - RN Offshore Team down under

Led by the RNSA Rear Commodore (Offshore), Richard Tarr, an RN Offshore Team are heading to Australia to compete against the other services in the Sydney to Hobart classic.

The three Transglobe Challenger 67s are currently alongside at the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia in Sydney awaiting the arrival of the three service teams who will set out on Boxing Day to partake in the classic Sydney to Hobart Race. The start is spectacular as all the yachts set off together from within the harbour surrounded by cruising yachts full of well wishers as they head out on the 600 mile race that, like the Fastnet, has a reputation for being a tough adventure. The shore line is also crowded with many enjoying an outdoor Boxing Day party as they enjoy the build up and start of the race. A very warm welcome awaits the crews in Hobart and the fun of celebrating the New Year as a partaker in the festivities in and around Constitution Dock.
