Postal Application

To apply by post:

  • Click here to Download a Membership Application Form
  • Click here to Download a Direct Debit Mandate. This direct debit mandate must be printed out on white paper and in A4 size otherwise it will not be accepted by the banks.
  • Forward the following documents:

    - Completed Membership Form
    - Completed Direct Debit Mandate
    - Photocopy of certificate of service/discharge papers or alternative proof of service (retired applicants only)
    - A cheque for your FIRST YEAR'S SUBSCRIPTION and JOINING FEE (if appropriate)

    Note: Anyone applying to join the RNSA late in the year (after Nov) only need to forward a cheque for the joining fee (if appropriate)and complete a direct debit mandate starting the following year. Their membership will start from 1 Feb of the following year.
