Inter-Services Team Racing Championships 2012

This year's championships saw the RN team come back fighting strongly after a mixed performance at the previous championships.

The race committee did a fantastic job of mustering up two days of excellent full racing, the wind gods helped with relatively consistent Force 3 breeze. With more planning than last year the RN team appeared on Thursday morning having done two weekends of training kindly facilitated by Ken Bichard and his team at RNSC. This practise definitely showed as the two Navy teams had a close first race against each other, finally closed off by very effective conversions from Hamish Walker and Kate Rooke on the A team. ....
